If you are returning your order it must be in the original packaging, and you must fill out the return form before returning your item/s. Returns are processed within 14 days, by filling out our return form. You can exchange your returned item for another size or product of the same value or credit towards another product. 

Exchanges are processed within 14 days once item has been received back at our facility. By filling out our return form (sent with your order) and outlining your concern we will be able to process your exchange. Please contact us via the contact us page, whatsapp or email if you do not have a return form or would like another form and we will be happy to provide one for you.
