Returns and Exchange
If you are returning your order it must be in the original packaging and you must fill out the return form before returning your item/s and place it inside of the packaging with your item. We do not provide return labels.
Exchanges are processed within within 14 days once item has been recieved back at our facility. By filling out our return form (sent with your order) and outlining your concern we will be able to process your exchange.
You can exchange your returned item for another size or product of the same value or credit towards another product.
Your product will not be shipped out until we have received the returned item/s.
Orders and Shipping
Orders placed before 2:30 are sent out the same working day, any orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is free throughout the UK. Any international shipping will incur normal shipping charges and will be added to your basket on checkout once the delivery address has been entered.
Next day delivery
Items using next day delivery will be sent out the same day if the order is placed before the order deadline, tracking numbers will be sent out via email once the order has been shipped.
